It is used as an accompaniment in illnesses, to treat severe stress, as support in situations of change, depression, etc. Also for healthy people who want a deep rest session. Relieves physical pain and relaxes the nervous system. Therapeutic yoga is indicated for injuries. In this schedule both styles are combined. Schedule Friday 5:30 p.m.
